Steamed diced potatoes a la Carbonara

Ingredients

  • Ingredients (10 pers.)
  • • 1kg Aviko Steam and Fresh diced potatoes
  • • 400g ham cubes
  • • 125g grated cheese
  • • 2 onions, finally chopped
  • • 250ml cooking cream
  • • Olive oil

Method

Preparation

1. Prepare the diced potatoes following the instructions on-pack.

2. In the meantime, sauté the onions, then add the ham cubes.

3. Add the diced potatoes and leave to simmer.

4. Pour in the cream and add the cheese.

5. Leave on a low heat to thicken, season to taste.

Tip

Try this with Steam and Fresh slices and bake in the oven for a new take on gratin.
