Absinthe Candyfloss Using Special Ingredients Zorbit

ZORBIT is a tapioca maltodextrin derived from tapioca that has been specially designed to have a very low bulk density. ZORBIT is a carbohydrate obtained from tapioca molecules which have been broken down. It has low sweetening power and does not add calories. It is employed as a bulking agent, but can also absorb oils. Use to make sweet or savoury soil. Suitable for Vegan's & Vegetarian's, Non GMO, Gluten Free, Halal friendly.


  • 5g Very Strong Absinthe (85-90& Vol)
  • 10g Special Ingredients Zorbit


1) Place The Zorbit In A Bowl And Gradually Add The Absinthe, It Will Form A Light Powder
2) Prepare Candyfloss Using A Machine Or Use Shop Bought
3) Sprinkle The Candyfloss With The Absinthe Powder And A Little Tarragon Sugar
