Ingredients
Method
1) Collate all your ingredients
2) Grill your burger & bacon – to your liking and keep warm
3) Slice your tomato, red onion & cos lettuce and keep chilled until required
4) To build your burger – toast the bun and keep warm
5) Top the base of the bun with mayonnaise
6) Build up with cos, sliced tomato & sliced red onion
7) Top with the burger and Stilton slices and grill until the cheese is slightly melted
8) Top with the bacon and the toasted bun top
