lemon curd sorbet
a really quick and simple recipe for a sorbet, good for a paco jet, either make your own lemon curd or buy a rewally good quality one. good to serve with lemon tart or a part of a lemon plate, or as i do when nearly completly set, scoop into small balls and dip in white chocolate for petit fours
