Parsley coulis

Great for soups, brings colour to dishes.

Ingredients

  • 200g picked parsley leaves
  • 50g spinach leaf
  • 200ml chicken stock
  • 50g butter

Method

blanch the greens and refresh......dry in cloth.
blitz with butter and chicken stock (warmed)
season
