Toffee apple cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Everyday Favourites Digestive Biscuits 100g
  • Arla UHT Milk 200ml
  • Everyday Favourites Salted Butter 100g
  • Everyday Favourites Clear Blossom
  • Honey
  • 100g
  • Luxury Full Fat Soft Cheese 400g
  • Bramley Apple Fruit Topping & Pie Filling 100g
  • Carnation Caramel Condensed Milk 100g
  • Millac Gold Cream 100g

Method

•Place biscuits in a blender and crush
the biscuits until a fine crumb.
• Heat the milk, butter and honey in a
pan until it is dissolved then add to the
biscuit mix and blend together.
• Pass all the ingredients through a
sieve to ensure there is no lumps then
place the biscuit mix into glasses then
refrigerate until set.
• In a bowl place the cream cheese.
• Then blend all the apple pie filling down
and pass through a sieve into the same
bowl as the cream cheese and fold
together.
• Then fold through the carnation
caramel.
• Gently whip the double cream and
fold through the mix once all folded
together place on top of biscuit mix and
refrigerate until set.
