- 150ml espresso
- 150ml cream
- 4 tbsp icing sugar
- 16 sponge fingers

Whisk marscapone with Tia Maria and 50ml coffee
Whisk cream with sugar and fold into marscapone
Dip sponge fingers in coffee and set aside
Line 4 glasses with sponge fingers
Top with cream mix and dust with cocoa powder
