- 4 t.sp olive oil
- 80ml cup corn oil

Works well both on a mains dish & as a substitute to a chocolate sauce.
Ingredients
Method
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl & sit over a pan of warm water
2. Allow to melt occasionally stirring
3. Place in a cointainer / squeezy bottle until serving.
4. Stir well / shake well before using
