Chocolate Panna Cotta Pots

  • 400ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 400ml whipping cream
  • 120g NESTLÉ Docello Panna Cotta Powder
  • 80g milk chocolate
  • Dark chocolate shavings, to garnish (optional)

Method

Method
Place the milk and cream into a thick based pan & bring to the boil.
Whisk in the panna cotta powder whilst on the heat, stirring continuously as the mix comes back to the boil.
Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a separate heatproof bowl.
Pour the Panna Cotta mixture over the chocolate and stir gently until the chocolate has melted. If the mixture starts to set, return to the pan and heat gently until it liquefies again.
Decant into the desired grab and go pots and place into the fridge to set.
