Steps
Whisk the eggs with an electric whisk until stiff.
In a stainless steel bowl combine the Nestlé Docello™ Crème Brulée, wheat flour and polenta.
Add the dry ingredients to the eggs and fold gently
Spoon the mix into 10 greased muffin cups or ramekins.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
Hints & Tips
For fluffier muffins, add a tbsp of baking powder.
Add fresh berries or chocolate chips to the batter for extra flavour and texture.
