Boil water and sugar together and add soak gelatine.
Allow syrup to cool, add the wine and cordial....

Ingredients

  • 1600ml water
  • 800g sugar
  • 65g gelatine soaked
  • 400ml white wine
  • 400ml elderflower cordial

Method

Boil water and sugar together and add soak gelatine.
Allow syrup to cool, add the wine and cordial.
Pass through a sieve.
Chill for 6 hours.
