  • 5g agar agar


Bring the puree to the boil add the sugar boil again then whisk in the agar.boil for 1 min rapidly, Pour into the tray that has been lined with grease proof, allow to cool.
cut as required
you made need to change the sugar ammount accordingly
can be turned out of moulds also like mini savarins moulds etc
