Brush moulds with the butter and coat with the sugar and chocolate
Mix together the caster sugar, plain flour, corn flour, and coco powder,
Add the chocolate to the milk and bring to the boil, pour on the dry mix and put back in pan cook for 5 mins or very thick
Pour into tray and cover and cool
To finish whisk egg whites with the sugar to soft peaks, fold into chocolate mix a quarter at a time, put into the moulds, and bake for 12-15 minutes,
Serve with hot chocolate sauce
