only good churned every service or on paco jet will set very hard otherwise

Ingredients

  • 1litre milk
  • 100ml cream
  • 280g sugar
  • 250g marzipan

Method

Blitz altogether, place in a pan and cook to 90degrees.
Chill, and churn
