  • Nestlé Docello™ Panna Cotta 100g
  • Semi-skimmed milk 250ml
  • Whipping cream 250ml
  • Individual tart shells (4-5cm) 10

Method

Steps
In a sauce pan heat up the milk and cream.
Add the Nestlé Docello™ Panna Cotta and whisk to dissolve.
Let the mix cool down until softly set.
Fill the tart shells with the mix.
Bake in the oven at 220°C for 10 mins.
Remove from the oven and chill in the fridge until firm.
Hints & Tips
Grate some fresh nutmeg over the tarts for extra flavour and serve with some fresh seasonal fruit.
Use mini tart shells and serve alongside a hot beverage.
