Panna Cotta Ice Cream

Freezing time: Overnight

Servings size: 120g


  • Ingredients
  • Nestlé Docello" Panna Cotta 130g
  • Semi-skimmed milk 430ml
  • Whipping cream 430ml


In a saucepan combine the Nestlé Docello™ Panna Cotta, milk and cream using a whisk.
Bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
Fill in a 1L Pacojet stainless steel container and freeze over night or in the blast chiller at (-25°C) until totally frozen.
Place in the Pacojet and run one cycle.
Serve immediately.
Hints & Tips
Even though it will lose temperature with time, this ice cream will not melt due to the setting agents in the Nestlé Docello™ Panna Cotta.
You can also use an ice cream machine.
Serve on a wafer cone or tuile.
