Steps
In a pan, combine the Nestlé Docello™ Chocolate mix, milk and cream.
Heat up and bring to a boil stirring continuously.
Cool down to 30°C approximately.
Transfer the preparation to an espuma gun and charge with 3 capsules for every 500ml.
Shake and make the warm foam.
Hints & Tips
Do not chill the mix completely in the espuma gun as it would get hard and it will be become difficult to foam.
Flavour the chocolate mix with freshly ground coffee.
Serve in a clear container and top with foamed milk.
