The best shortbread biscuits ever

Melt in your mouth buttery taste!!!

Ingredients

  • 160g flour
  • 110g butter
  • 50g butter

Method

Cream the butter with the sugar
Add the flour and combine to a rough paste
Kneed for a few mind and roll into a cylinder
Chill in the fridge
Cook at 180*C for 5-8 mins
