Warm Bitter Chocolate Tart with Orange Sauce

This is the dessert courses that i cooked for Michel Roux Jr on Masterchef: The Professionals

  • 225g plain flour
  • 110g butter
  • 80g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Chocolate Filling
  • 250g unsalted butter
  • 375g Valrhona
  • chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 175g caster sugar
  • Orange Sauce
  • 250ml Orange juice
  • 1tbsp Caster sugar
  • 1 tsp Orange
  • marmalade
  • Garnish
  • 150ml Double cream
  • 1 tsp Cointreau
  • Candied orange peel
  • Orange segments
