- 25g butter
- 250ml double cream
- 6 egg whites
- 25g caster sugar
- 1 tbsp grand marnier

Dark chocolate mousse
Rich, dark chocolate mousse, you can also use the same recipe with white chocolate as long as the cocoa solids are high enough
Ingredients
Method
melt chocolate ina saucepan and add the butter
whip the cream until soft peaks
whisk the egg whites until soft peaks, add sugar halfway through
fold egg whites into the melted chocolate, followed by the cream
flavour with the grand marnier
put mousse into glasses and chill
to serve top with grated chocolate and candied orange peel
