- 65g flour
- 2g vanilla extract

pre heat oven to 220'C
beat butter and sugar until light
ass egg whites
add vanilla
add flour
put mix in piping bag
pipe into 4cm fingers
cook until golden brown in colour
cool on a rack
store in airtight container
