Ingredients

  • 100g garlic cloves
  • 200g white wine vinegar
  • 75g water
  • 25g sugar
  • 5g salt
  • 4g salt

Method

blanch garlic cloves for 3 mins
drain garliic
arrange in a single layer in a tub
combine all other ingredients in a pan
bring to the boil
pour over garlic cloves
cool
refrigerate for at leat 12 hours before using
